Option 1:
Our Organic Cotton Mattress Pads are a quilted organic cotton layer, ideal for protecting against small accidents and dust. Organic Cotton is extremely breathable and is completely machine washable. Perfect for moms on the go, a child in a parent's bed, and spills from food or beverages. While this option is not completely waterproof, it does add a layer between your bed sheet and your mattress that can withstand common accidents.
You can further decide whether you'd prefer PLA fibers (more readily avail) as the batting fill or organic cotton (which is getting more expensive as the global supply is less)
Available in crib and all adult twin-king sizes.
Our Natural Wool Mattress Pads are hand washable, made of naturally water resistant wool, which will absorb any larger accidents/spills, so you can rest assured that your mattress will stay clean and dry.
Available in crib and adult twin, full, queen and king sizes.
Combined, these above 100% Certified Organic options provide the ultimate care for your bed as well as your body and mind.
Option 2:
As an alternative - if you looking to strike a compromise between the convenience of 100% waterproofing via vegetable grade plastic yet still reduces your exposure to harmful off-gassing, consider Naturepedic's waterproof pads or Tencel based waterproof pads.
After all, if you spend 1/3 of your life sleeping, one can only imagine and prepare for what surprises may happen on your bed!
