Mattress - Pillow - Comforters Warranty

This is an abridged version of the warranty. 

In order for your warranty to be valid you must be the original purchaser and provide a copy of the original proof of purchase.

Warranty coverage:

Mattresses

 Stitches pulled out of quilting, body indentations of 1.5 inches or greater and excessively lumpy feeling, sagging (your mattress must be continuously supported by a matching foundation, or equivalent, an appropriate frame).

10 Year Limited Warranty Coverage

Foundations

 Splits in the wood frame, squeaks, rattles or noises. Loose or broken plastic pieces, compress and/or un stapling of modules

10 Year Limited Warranty Coverage

Pillows

 Defective stitching, clumping of filling, excessive loss of loft

3 Year Limited Warranty Coverage

Comforters

 Defective stitching, defective quilting, clumping of filling

3 Year Limited Warranty Coverage

Protectors

 Defective stitching, defective quilting, clumping of filling, broken or torn elastics

3 Year Limited Warranty Coverage

Items not covered

  • Stains, soiling, burns or odours.
  • Damage caused by moving, due to abuse
  • Transportation costs
  • Comfort preference
  • Sheet fit
  • Pitting of fabric from washing
  • Pillows and comforters that have been washed
  • Comforters used without a duvet cover
  • Other possibilities not mentioned on this warranty
