CARE INSTRUCTIONS

• Sunning your comforter periodically will keep it refreshed and revitalize the wool.
• Spot clean as needed.
• Treat stains by soaking the area with hydrogen peroxide (note, this may cause lightening of fabric).
• Can be machine washed in cold water. Manually set to soak and spin cycles only. Do not use the wash cycle, which agitates and can ruin your comforter.
• For stained items, add a dose of live cultured enzymes (such as Bac-Out by Biokleen) during soak. Drape in the sun or warm place to dry. Do not wring or machine dry
• Please note: we do not accept returns on our wool bedding after it has been washed

• Sourced from the USA from farmers who practice sustainable farming (same standard as GOTS-certified from small ranches that may not be able to afford the certification yet or are on land that was used for conventional ranches within the last 5 years disqualifying them from having the certification until they are past the time limit)

Handmade in the USA by a family business based in Washington, USA. They use sustainable practices (like 100% zero waste of manufactured by-products) and permaculture principles (e.g. anything that is too small to use is composted using a vermiculture system - worms!)
