The beauty of using a wool comforter for baby is in the temperature regulating properties of this natural fiber.

  • This lightweight blanket gives Baby just the right amount of cool in the summer and warmth in winter with natural wool.
  • Unlike many comforters, ours are hand-tufted and stitched around the perimeter so the wool batting stays in place while in use or in a gentle wash.
  • This is a customer favorite that will last.
  • This comforter is soft to touch and snuggly on its own, or it may be slipped easily into a crib duvet cover for additional protection.

How is wool a good temperature regulator?

 CARE INSTRUCTIONS

  • Sunning your comforter periodically will keep it refreshed and revitalize the wool.
  • Spot clean as needed.
  • Treat stains by soaking the area with hydrogen peroxide (note, this may cause lightening of fabric).
  • Can be machine washed in cold water. Manually set to soak and spin cycles only. Do not use the wash cycle, which agitates and can ruin your comforter.
  • For stained items, add a dose of live cultured enzymes (such as Bac-Out by Biokleen) during soak. Drape in the sun or warm place to dry. Do not wring or machine dry
  • Please note: we do not accept returns on our wool bedding after it has been washed
